The Western New York Center for the Visually Impaired accepts most insurance plans. Participation in these plans may change without notice. Please bring current documentation of your health insurance coverage every time you come to the office. Our practice participates in the following plans:

Co-pays are due at the time of service. It is the responsibility of the member to the know their plan. 

Our office is also a provider agency for the New York State Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped.
